Order Cancellations

Cancellation Period:
The cancellation window closes 14 days from the date you or your appointed third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited via the original payment method, and no additional fees will be applied.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item(s) were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items that naturally deteriorate or have expired.
- Unsealed items that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
- Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return at our discretion.
How to Return Your Item
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and ensuring the items are returned safely. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured mail service to prevent damage or loss during shipping.

Damaged or Lost Returns
We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost during the return process. Without receiving the goods or proof of delivery, we are unable to issue refunds.
