Order Cancellations

Once your order has been packed and assigned to the courier service, it cannot be canceled. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, you may still be eligible for a return or refund.

Cancellation Period:
The cancellation window closes 14 days from the date you or your appointed third party (not the courier service) receives the goods.

To cancel your order before it is packed, please notify us with a clear statement via email at shopatzayra@gmail.com.

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive the defective item, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement within 14 days. The refund will be credited via the original payment method, or we can send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Conditions for Returns

At Shop Zayra, we only accept returns for items that are defective or if you have received the wrong item.

Please ensure the following conditions are met for your return request to be processed:

  • The item(s) must be reported as defective or incorrect within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging and unused.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refund or Replacement

Once we confirm the defect or error with your order, you can choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement item of the same product (subject to availability).

Please let us know your preference when submitting your return request.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been opened and used unless they are defective
  • Non-defective items

How to Return a Defective Item

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or error
  • Photos of the item showing the defect

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Damaged or Lost Returns

We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost during the return process. We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service to prevent any issues.
